Recombinant Dog IL4 Protein, C-His is produced in Mammalian Cells and supplied in lyophilized form. The protein includes the regions of Asn26-His132 and carries the C-His tag. With a molecular weight of 15.59 kDa, it is suitable for ELISA, SDS-PAGE and WB applications. This product is lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1mM EDTA, 4% trehalose, 1% mannitol and has a purity of greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
