Recombinant Human FGF21 Protein, N-Fc is produced in Mammalian Cells and supplied in lyophilized form. The protein includes the regions of His29-Ser209 and carries the N-Fc tag. With a molecular weight of 47.40 kDa, it is suitable for ELISA, SDS-PAGE and WB applications. This product is lyophilized from a solution in PBS pH 7.4, 1mM EDTA, 4% trehalose, 1% mannitol and has a purity of greater than 90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
