Anti-Parkin Picoband antibody, Western blotting. All lanes: Anti Parkin at 0.5 ug/ml. Lane 1: U87 Whole Cell Lysate at 40 ug. Lane 2: Mouse Brain Tissue Lysate at 50 ug. Predicted bind size: 66 KD. Observed bind size: 66 KD.

IHC analysis of Parkin using anti-Parkin antibody. Parkin was detected in immunocytochemical section of NEURO-2α Cell. Enzyme antigen retrieval was performed using IHC enzyme antigen retrieval reagent for 15 mins. The cells were blocked with 10% goat serum. And then incubated with 1 µg/ml rabbit anti-Parkin Antibody overnight at 4°C. Biotinylated goat anti-rabbit IgG was used as secondary antibody and incubated for 30 minutes at 37°C. The section was developed using Strepavidin-Biotin-Complex (SABC) with DAB as the chromogen.
