SKU: orb1943050

Description

N3-PEG3-VC-PAB-MMAF (Comp T-88-5) is a drug-linker conjugate for antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) comprising the ADC linker N3-PEG3-VC-PAB and the microtubule-disrupting agent MMAF. This click chemistry reagent features an azide group for copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) with alkyne-bearing molecules and can also perform strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) with compounds presenting DBCO or BCN groups.
