Anti-CD40L [AT161-10]

Flow-cytometry using the anti-CD40L antibody AT161-10. Human peripheral blood leukocytes were stained with anti-Fluorescein IgG antibody (4-4-20; isotype control, black line) or the rabbit IgG1 version of AT161-10 (orb758776, blue line) at a dilution of 1:100 for 1h at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a goat anti-mouse IgG AlexaFluor® 488 antibody at a dilution of 1:1000 and cells analyzed using a FACSCanto flow-cytometer.

Anti-CD40L [AT161-10]

Immunofluorescence staining of human peripheral blood monocytes using anti-CD40L antibody AT161-10. Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed human peripheral blood monocytes immobilized on Shi-fix™ cover-slips and stained with the chimeric rabbit IgG version of AT161-10 (orb758776) at 10 µg/ml followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/ml), showing membrane staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right, top-bottom orb758776, DAPI, merged channels and an isotype control. The isotype control was stained with anti-Fluorescein antibody (orb256390) followed by Alexa Fluor® 488 secondary antibody.
