Western blot analysis of SRI expression in rat liver extract (lane 1), rat brain extract (lane 2) and SMMC7721 whole cell lysates (lane 3). SRI at 26 KD was detected using rabbit anti-SRI Antigen Affinity purified polyclonal antibody at 0.5 µg/mL. The blot was developed using chemiluminescence (ECL) method.
