ELISA of anti-TIGIT antibody on TIGIT-Fc fusion protein. Binding curves of the rabbit chimeric IgG version of the anti-TIGIT antibody 4D4 (orb613959; red line) and isotype control (orb256390, anti-Fluorescein; blue line) to an ELISA plate coated with mouse TIGIT-Fc fusion protein at a concentration of 5 µg/ml. A 3-fold serial dilution from 10000 to 0.17 ng/ml was performed using orb613959.
