Description

Apremilast D5 (CC-10004 D5) is a deuterated form of the PDE4 inhibitor apremilast, which potently suppresses PDE4 activity (IC50: 74 nM) and inhibits LPS-induced TNF-α release (IC50: 104 nM). This labeled compound is used as an internal standard in bioanalytical research, facilitating pharmacokinetic and metabolic studies of apremilast in both in vitro and in vivo models.
