Biological Activity	Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA. Immobilized Human B7-1, His Tag at 20ug/mL (100 ul/well),can bind Human CD28, Fc Tag with a linear of 0.2-20 ug/mL. Measured by its ability to induce IL2 secretion by Jurkat human acute T cell leukemia cells. The ED50 for this effect is typically 0.01 - 0.1 ug/mL in the presence of PHA.
