Eleutheroside E (Standard) is a reference standard for research and analysis in studies involving Eleutheroside E. Eleutheroside E has anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting NF-κB activities. Eleutheroside E significantly decreases the inflammatory cell infiltration, pannus formation, cartilage damage, bone erosion of CIA mice, the generation of TNF-α and IL-6, the metabolism of drugs metabolized via CYP2C9 and CYP2E1. Eleutheroside E may treat rheumatoid arthritis or increase the toxicity of the drugs.
