The kit provides a simple method for detecting γ-GT enzyme activity in a variety of biological samples such as tissues, cell,serum, bacterial. In the assay, γ-GT catalyzes the transfer of γ-glutamyl group in glutamyl p-nitroaniline to N-glycylglycine to generate p-nitroaniline, which has characteristic light absorption at 405nm; Calculate γ-GT enzyme activity by measuring the increase rate of light absorption at 405nm.
