Detection of human DBC1/p30 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HEK293T (15 and 50 µg) , HeLa (50µg) , and Jurkat (50µg) cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified goat anti-DBC1/p30 antibody orb1523889 used for WB at 0.1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
Detection of mouse DBC1/p30 by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from NIH 3T3, Renca, and TCMK-1 cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified goat anti-DBC1/p30 antibody orb1523889 used for WB at 0.1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
