Application Notes

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus. This protein contains a furin-like convertase cleavage site, 221-RAPR-224, and will be partially processed into N and C-terminal fragment with calculated MW of 24.3 kDa and 29.4 kDa respectively. The protein migrates as 55-70 kDa (full lengh), 31-33 kDa (C-terminal fragment) when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
