Description

This product provides a convenient and efficient method for T cell activation and expansion in vitro, eliminating the need for feeder cells or specific antigen. The 5 µm magnetic beads, covalently conjugated with anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 antibodies, mimic antigen-presenting cells and can be easily removed post-culture. This tool is widely used in immunotherapy research, including CAR-T and TCR-T cell development.
