Biological Activity	Specific Activity: 1-1.5 x106 Units/mg, measured using CTLL indicator cells. Shows the biological function of the IL-2 moiety and exerts a prolonged circulating half-life caused by the modified Fc domain. Blocks diabetogenic autoimmunity in nonobese diabetic mice.
