GPRC1A Antibody (Y1111) western blot analysis in CEM, NCI-H292, NCI-H460 cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). This demonstrates the GPRC1A antibody detected the GPRC1A protein (arrow).
Anti-GPRC1A Antibody (Y1111) at 1:1000 dilution + human brain lysate. Lysates/proteins at 20 µg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/10000 dilution. Predicted band size: 132 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.
