Onfekafusp alfa (L19TNF) is an engineered homotrimeric fusion protein composed of the L19 antibody single-chain variable fragment (scFv) linked to human tumor necrosis factor (TNF). It is a research tool for targeting the extra-domain B of fibronectin in the tumor vasculature, with applications in preclinical studies for malignant glioma and other solid tumors, including in vivo and in vitro experimental models.
