Paritaprevir (ABT-450) is an orally bioavailable NS3/4A protease inhibitor used in HCV genotype 1 research. It blocks viral polyprotein processing, inhibiting replication. This compound is applied in both in vitro antiviral assays and in vivo studies for hepatitis C drug development.
