A 1x concentration of PBS (Phosphate buffered saline). Buffer contains: 8.01 g/l NaCl 0.2 g/l KCl 1.78 g/l Na 2HPO 4·2H2O 0.27 g/l KH 2PO4. The Buffer is used for cell culture applications since it is isotonic and non-toxic to cells.
