Application Notes	Phospho Site Specific Threonine affinity purified antibody is suitable for use in ELISA and western blotting assays. The antibody reacts specifically with phosphothreonine and shows minimal reactivity by ELISA and western blotting with proteins containing phosphotyrosine or phosphoserine residues. The antibody reacts with free phosphothreonine, phosphothreonine conjugated to carriers such as thyroglobulin or BSA, and detects the presence of phosphothreonine proteins in both unstimulated and stimulated cell lysates. Immunogen	Phospho Site Specific affinity-purified antibody was prepared from whole rabbit serum produced by repeated immunizations with phosphothreonine conjugated KLH.
Purity	This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using phosphorylated threonine peptide coupled to agarose followed by conjugation to horseradish peroxidase and subsequent purification. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Rabbit IgG and anti-Peroxidase. Reactivity is specific for phosphothreonine and minimal cross reactivity is observed against phosphotyrosine or phosphoserine.

Storage	Store vial at -20° C prior to opening. Aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below for extended storage. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.
