Description

This cell-permeable inhibitor peptide consists of the PKCζ pseudosubstrate domain (aa 113-129) conjugated to an Antennapedia carrier. Upon cellular uptake and cytoplasmic reduction, the active inhibitor is released. It is used in vitro to study PKCζ-independent pathways, such as mast cell degranulation, in cellular signaling research.
