Detection of human Phospho RelA (S529) by western blot. Samples: Whole cell lysate (50 µg) from Jurkat cells that were treated with TNF alpha and Calyculin A (+) or mock treated (-). Antibody: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Phospho RelA (S529) antibody orb1527300 used at 0.1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

Detection of human Phospho RelA (S529) by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells that were treated with TNF alpha and Calyculin A (+) or mock treated (-). Antibodies: RelA was immunoprecipitated with affinity purified rabbit anti-RelA antibody. Immunoprecipitated RelA was treated with phosphatase or mock treated. Affinity purified rabbit anti-Phospho RelA (S529) antibody orb1527300 used for WB at 1 µg/ml.
