Bedaquiline (TMC207) is a diarylquinoline compound that targets the c and ε subunits to inhibit Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb) F1FO-ATP synthase. Levomefolic acid exhibits uncoupling activity and is used in the treatment of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis.
