Color Development: Chemiluminescent for HRP (Moss) for 5 min in RT. Phospho peptide sequence: SRTPSLP-pT-PPTREPK. Non-phospho peptide sequence: SRTPSLPTPPTREPK. This sequence is the same for human, mouse, and rat.
