3,6-DMAD dihydrochloride

SKU: orb1687538

Description

3,6-DMAD dihydrochloride is an acridine-based small molecule that potently inhibits the IRE1α-XBP1s pathway by disrupting IRE1α oligomerization and RNase activity. It can paradoxically induce IL-6 secretion through this pathway and is used in cancer research for in vitro and in vivo studies of endoplasmic reticulum stress.
