Acapatamab (AMG-160) is a half-life extended bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE) targeting PSMA and CD3, with respective Kd values of 14.8 nM and 22.4 nM. It is used in cancer research to investigate T-cell redirection against PSMA-expressing tumors in preclinical in vitro and in vivo models.
