ADAM12 antibody immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed A431 cells, permeabilized with 0.15% Triton. Primary incubation 1hr (10 ug/ml) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (4 ug/ml).
Antibody staining (0.1 ug/ml) of human heart lysate (RIPA buffer, 30 ug total protein per lane). Primary incubated for 1 hour. Detected by Western blot of chemiluminescence.
ADAM12 antibody flow cytometric analysis of paraformaldehyde fixed HeLa cells (blue line), permeabilized with 0.5% Triton.
