The ELISA Sreening Kit is a competitive enzyme-labeled immunoassay for the quantitation of aflatoxins in nuts and grain products. The test principle is based on a direct competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (dcELISA). In the assay, Aflatoxin in the sample is extracted with methanol/water, and then competes with aflatoxin-HRP enzyme conjugates for a limited amount of antibody which has been coated on the test wells.
