Aloenin aglycone is an NF-κB inhibitor isolated from aloe exudate, with an IC₅₀ of 18.7 μM against TNFα-stimulated activity. At 10 μM, it reduces TNFα-induced iNOS and ICAM-1 expression in HepG2 cells, supporting its research use in studying inflammation and related pathways in vitro.
