Annexin V-FITC/PI Apoptosis Detection Kit

PS is normally distributed on the inside of the cell membrane, that is, on the side adjacent to the cytoplasm. In the early stages of cell apoptosis, different types of cells will evert PS to the outside of the cell membrane. Using FITC-labeled Annexin V, namely Annexin V-FITC, PS evagination, an important feature of cell apoptosis, can be detected by flow cytometry or fluorescence microscopy
