CD3E protein is highly expressed inside Jurkat cells. Flow cytometry analysis with 1 μg/mL Anti-CD3E mAb (orb1826915) (Blue histogram) or isotype control mAb (Red histogram) on Jurkat cells.
Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of anti-human CD3E mAb (orb1826915). (A) orb1826915 does not bind to 293T cells that do not express CD3E. (B) A clear peak shift of orb1826915 was seen compared to the control when incubated with CD3E-expressing Jurkat cells, indicating strong binding of orb1826915 to CD3E. Antibodies were incubated at 5 μg/mL.
