Flow cytometry analysis with Anti-CD44 on Expi293 cells transfected with human CD44 (Blue histogram) or Expi293 transfected with irrelevant protein (Red histogram).

Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of anti-human CD44 mAb (orb1471684). (A) orb1471684 does not bind to CHO-S cells that do not express CD44. (B) A clear peak shift of orb1471684 was seen compared to the control when incubated with CD44-expressing THP-1 cells, indicating strong binding of orb1471684 to CD44. Antibodies were incubated at 5 μg/mL.
