ELISA plate pre-coated by 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) Human GM-CSF Protein, hFc Tag (orb1173895) can bind Anti-GM-CSF Neutralizing antibody (orb1291122) in a linear range of 0.92–937.50 ng/ml. In order to specifically detect orb1291122, mouse anti-human Fab-specific antibody was used as detection antibody.
Flow cytometry analysis under cell membrane permeable condition with 1 μg/mL Anti-GM-CSF (plonmarlimab biosimilar) mAb (orb1291122) on Expi293 cells transfected with Human GM-CSF protein (Blue histogram) or Expi293 transfected with irrelevant protein (Red histogram).
