Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of anti-human GPA33 mAb (orb1743072). (A) orb1743072 does not bind to 293T cells that do not express GPA33. (B) A clear peak shift of orb1743072 was seen compared to the control when incubated with GPA33-expressing HT55 cells, indicating strong binding of orb1743072 to GPA33. Antibodies were incubated at 5 μg/mL.
