Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of anti-human HBEGF mAb (orb1743069). (A) orb1743069 does not bind to CHO-S cells that do not express HBEGF. (B) A clear peak shift of orb1743069 was seen compared to the control when incubated with HBEGF-expressing MDA-MB-231 cells, indicating strong binding of orb1743069 to HBEGF. Antibodies were incubated at 5 μg/mL.
