ELISA plate pre-coated by 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) Human Her2 Protein, hFc Tag (orb1173800) can bind Anti-Her2 (trastuzumab biosimilar) mAb (orb1173652) in a linear range of 3.81-1730.10 ng/ml. In order to specifically detect orb1173652, mouse anti-human Fab-specific antibody was used as detection antibody.

Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of anti-human Her2 mAb (orb1173652). (A) orb1173652 does not bind to Jurkat cells that do not express Her2. (B) A clear peak shift of orb1173652 was seen compared to the control when incubated with Her2-expressing MCF-7 cells, indicating strong binding of orb1173652 to Her2. Antibodies were incubated at 2 μg/mL.
