Mouse monoclonal antibody conjugated to APC which recognizes CD195 that belongs to the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family. It also known as CCR5. It highly expressed in spleen, thymus. CD195 play a role in the control of granulocytic lineage proliferation or differentiation. It acts as a coreceptor for HIV-1 R5 isolates.
