Mouse monoclonal antibody conjugated to PE which recognizes CD205 that also known as DEC-205 and lymphocyte antigen 75 (Ly 75), is a type I transmembrane protein that is primarily expressed on dendritic cells and thymic epithelial cells. CD205 is an integral membrane glycoprotein involved in antigen uptake, trafficking and presentation that improves the induction of antigen-specific T cell immunity.
