Anti-human CD80 PerCP antibody specificity verification by flow cytometry. Anti-human CD80 PerCP antibody (concentration in sample 3 µg/mL, red-filled histogram) binds specifically to CD80 expressed on surface of CD80 transfected P815 cells (upper panel), but not on surface of non-transfected P815 cells (lower panel). Level of non-specific binding was assessed using Mouse IgG1 isotype control PerCP antibody under same conditions (concentration in sample 3 µg/mL, black-dashed histogram).
