Flow cytometry analysis of antigen binding of anti-human TFRC mAb (orb2322405). (A) orb2322405 does not bind to CHO-S cells that do not express TFRC. (B) A clear peak shift of orb2322405 was seen compared to the control when incubated with TFRC-expressing Siha cells, indicating strong binding of orb2322405 to TFRC. Antibodies were incubated at 5 μg/mL.
