Applications: ChIP|Reactivity: Other

We performed CHIP-SICAP, a modified CHIP protocol that involves stringent wash to remove non-specific chromatin-associated proteins. So, labeling DNA with biotin followed by steptavidin is key to achieving high sensitivity. We evaluated the results by qPCR. We got great results with as little as four times of the cells as prescribed by other CHIP SICAP users.
