Blinatumomab (AMG-10,MT-103) is a CD19/CD3 bispecific B-cell and T-cell binding antibody that directs T-cells to attack cancer cells by binding to both CD3 on T-cells and CD19 on cancer cells, and is used in acute lymphoblastic leukemia and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.

In Vivo

In CD3E humanized mice, Blinatumomab (0.03 µg/mouse, 1 µg/mouse, 10 µg/mouse) was administered Subcutaneously twice a week for 5-6 consecutive doses the Results showed that Blinatumomab significantly inhibited tumor growth in a dose-dependent manner, with a significant reduction in tumor volume in the high-dose group. in the NOD/SCID mouse model, Blinatumomab (doses ranging from 0.001 µg to 1 µg) was administered via tail vein injection once daily for 5 consecutive days. in the leukemia model, Blinatumomab (doses of 1 µg, 5 µg, or 30 µg) was also administered via tail vein injection once daily for 3 consecutive days. In both models, Blinatumomab exhibited significant antitumor effects, an the effects were dose-dependent. At high doses, Blinatumomab not only significantly inhibited tumor growth but also markedly prolonge the survival o the mice.
