Blood/Cell/Tissue Genomic DNA Extraction Kit

This kit extracts high-purity genomic and total DNA from fresh or frozen animal tissues, cell cultures, blood, and bacterial samples. It isolates DNA fragments up to 50 kb without phenol-chloroform extraction or ethanol precipitation. Utilizing an optimized buffer system, the lysate's DNA selectively binds to a silica spin column, where a two-step wash process eliminates PCR and enzymatic inhibitors. The high-purity DNA is then eluted with water or a low-salt buffer, making it immediately suitable for restriction enzyme digestion, PCR, qPCR, library preparation, Southern blot analysis, and molecular marker assays.
