Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20℃ Ethanol) fixed HepG2 cells using orb625439 (Caspase 8 Antibody) at dilution of 1:25 and Rhodamine-Goat anti-Rabbit IgG.
IP Result of anti-CASP8 (IP: orb625439, 3 ug; Detection: orb625439 1:500) with HeLa cells lysate 2500 ug.
HepG2 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with orb625439 (CASP8 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000.
