Choline Fenofibrate exhibits terminal elimination half-life (rat 5.4 h) following intravenous injection (rat 4 mg/kg). Animal model: Male Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats (200-250g). Dosage: 4 mg/kg (Pharmacokinetic Analysis). Administration: Intravenous injection and oral administration. Result: Oral bioavailability (93.4%), Cmax (7944.2 ng/mL), T1/2 (5.4 h).
