EGFRvIII Peptide TFA

This synthetic EGFRvIII peptide, representing the tumor-specific EGFRvIII fusion junction, is presented by HLA-A*0201 and induces CD8+ T cell activation and IFN-γ production. In vivo, it enhances antitumor immunity in glioblastoma models when combined with flagellin B, increasing CD8+ T cells, reducing Tregs and tumor burden, and improving survival.
