Eluvixtamab (AMG-330) is a CD33/CD3-targeting bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE) for research. It directs T-cell cytotoxicity against CD33+ AML cells by binding a linear epitope (core: IPYYDKN) in the CD33 V-set domain, facilitating their elimination in vitro and in vivo models.
