Faricimab (10 mg/kg, intraperitoneal injection, once a week, 1-5 weeks) can reduce spontaneous choroidal neovascularization (sCNV), lesion leakage area and subretinal Iba1+, CD11b+, CD45+ cell infiltration in JR5558 mice.
