Faricimab is a bispecific antibody targeting Ang-2 and VEGF-A. It demonstrates efficacy in preclinical models of retinal disease, reducing vascular leakage, cell death, and inflammation following ischemia/reperfusion injury and in studies of choroidal neovascularization.
