Fast Magbead Tissue DNA Kit

This kit offers a fast, streamlined workflow for extracting DNA from fresh or frozen tissues using silica-coated magnetic beads. Lysed cellular DNA binds directly to the magnetic beads, is washed thoroughly, and is then eluted using Buffer TB or deionized water. High-purity yields are suitable for immediate downstream workflows, including PCR, qPCR, SNP and STR analysis, NGS, and pharmacogenomics. Beyond animal tissues, the protocol easily adapts for DNA extraction from blood, cultured cells, and bacteria.
