SKU: orb3173542

Description

FB231 is a Parkin activator that can induce mild mitochondrial stress, resulting in impaired mitochondrial function and activation of the integrated stress response (ISR). It reduces the threshold for PINK1/Parkin-mediated mitophagy induced by mitochondrial toxins and disrupts iron-dependent pathways. FB231 is applicable in research on neurological disorders, including Parkinson's disease.
